For the past 240 years, Bank of America (BOA) has been serving consumers and small businesses every day. In 1998, the bank merged with NationsBank brand to become the Bank of America brand that we all know today. Bank of America serves 66 million consumers in more than 35 countries.
When BOA was expanding to Springdale, Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati, they turned to Nelson Architects and Fiorilli Construction, Inc. to help build the new branch. Nelson Architects is a full-service architecture firm that was founded in 1977. Nelson has expanded to over 20 offices and has won over 500 design awards. They pride themselves on their ability to evolve with the latest technologies and innovations. Nelson turned to Fiorilli because of their extraordinary expertise in commercial construction. Fiorilli Construction, Inc. is dedicated to creating a "passionate and creative environment for hard-working commercial construction professionals."
The design called for a ventilated cladding system on the exterior. The owner and architect made the decision to use Trespa™ Pura panels. The system produces an air cavity in the front of the weatherproof structural wall. The system was chosen for its sustainability, low maintenance, and wide color palette to choose from.
When looking for an installer for the project Fiorilli chose GBA Architectural Products + Services for our history of quality project completions for 35 years. GBA is a certified installer of Trespa™ Pura and has an ongoing relationship with ATS Distributors for all their composite panels. ATS collaborated with GBA to correctly design and supply the product for the job. The result was a low-maintenance and attractive façade.
